FYI: package-lock.json & REQUEST: add sentence option? #2

A few things...
- Thank you! Great work and appreciate the effort!
- To set context, I'm a total newbie - just got Alfred today, first GitHub post, first node.js install
- FYI-package-lock.json: after installing node.js when I did the "npm i alfred-change-case" command, I got a SaveError which I think created a package-lock.json. I spent a couple hours trying several things to solve with no resolution. I finally just went into Alfred and it worked! Go figure - although one of the things I did was a global change of the lock file to false. Anyway - for what it is worth - I did want to pass on that I did not have ANYTHING in my workflow space - if that could have contributed to the error.
- REQUEST: would it be difficult to add an option to capitalize the first letter of sentences/lines in the string? In addition, adding a hotkey to initiate this workflow would also be wonderful - I'm sure it is simple, but I haven't figured out how to do it yet! :)
