Enhancement: add support for /api/v1/csa/token

Hi,

The endpoint /api/v1/csa/token exists in the SDK but not yet in the provider.

Adding support for Cloud Services connection settings will allow later to manage for example Jamf Connect Deployment and Update Settings with the /api/v1/jamf-connect endpoint (#472).

/api/v1/csa/token only supports DELETE and it will essentially disable the Cloud Services Connection. You have to re-enable through the UI.

/api/v1/csa only supports GET, so would be good for a data source - is that something that could be useful in the provider?

Cloud Services Connection is also enabled by default on all new Jamf Cloud instances as of a recent version (can't remember the specific one).
