Enhancement: add support for /api/v2/account-preferences

Hi,

The endpoint /api/v2/account-preferences exists in the SDK but not yet in the provider.

If implemented, it will facilitate the management of Jamf Pro administrators settings as there is for the moment no possibility to duplicate preferences from one to another.

I've done some digging, this api endpoint is peculiar in that it will apply the setting based on the user context that's authenticated during the request. We can implement, but there will be obvious limitations.

It makes sense.
By the way, it's not a blocker in my case as I terraform using a generic local admin: the account will receive clean preferences.
