[BE] Digital Wallet Proof of Concept

Description

To better understand the integration process of the digital wallet feature (for both Apple and Google) and to accurately document the artifacts within the Architecture Intent, we need to build out a minimal version of the digital wallet feature. This work is time-boxed to one (two-week) Sprint.

Note: This work is blocked until we can get a certificate for Apple and Google.

Acceptance Criteria

• The BE proof of concept for the digital wallet has been created for Apple and Google Wallet.
• Any questions are raised in this ticket are passed along to Jason or Natalie to create additional tickets.
• Are there any outstanding questions that would prevent us from completing the BE artifacts and diagrams for the Architecture Intent?
• Peer reviewed by the engineers.
