show error “No module named 'jieba'”

I followed the instructions in this post：”Can't generate Japanese audio. #56“, but it still doesn't work.

I tried to convert enlish words to audios by using abogen , it succeed.

when i click the button of " preview the selected voice" ,it showed the error above....

@cnsteer okay please go to abogen's folder and type this in terminal:

python_embedded\python.exe -m pip install misaki[zh]

This should be installed by default in v1.1.6 but seems like yours does not have the required modules. If it gives an error, please share with me.
