Minian Cross Registration - Array Files

Hi, thank you for this amazing pipeline!

Regarding the cross registration pipeline, I am having trouble understanding which files should be stored in each directory. The instructions say to have a directory with the minian_output format which is what I have but it is not working. Could you kindly let me know how I should be formatting my directory?
