Hi there,
I just started using minian recently, and now that I've gone through the pipeline I'm having a bit of trouble extracting the spatial footprints from the final output folder. For context, after manually refining my data with the CNMF Viewer, I would like to retrieve the spatial footprint of each cell for further downstream analyses, i.e., ideally as x/y coordinates or binary information for that matter. Now, opening the final output folder 'A', gives me a bunch of .0 files, which I can't really make sense of / open (perhaps binary?).
Does anyone know how to tackle this issue? I feel like this surely must be possible, after all, other GUIs for example also use the spatial footprint information coming from minian.
Any help is very much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Arne
