Save video after motion-correction without data loss

I would also like to obtain the pre-processed and motion-corrected video before the data enters into the CNMF modules-- I would like to be able to export the video without data loss at this step. This is because I want to use the pipeline for pre-processing of non-miniscope epifluorescent videos that are not expected to show calcium transients.

I suppose that this will require the use of some of the ffmpeg functions. Has anyone produced the code that would produce this? Thank you!
