KilledWorker by more videos

Hello Everyone,

I am writing with regard to Minian problem.

I have tried to run the code of pipeline.ipynb with two or more own videos, but I have got stucked in KilledWorker problem.
However I can succeed to run the code by one video.

For example, properties at two videos:

The videos are about 20 minutes.
The code makes about 19000 frames.
The computer has 32GB RAM.

Hello Everyone,

I am writing with regard to previous message because I have solved the problem.

Basically I recommend chapter Frequently Asked Questions of MiniAn Documentation with regard to KilledWorker.

According to given instructions and my computer properties, I have changed this in the 2nd cell:
n_workers = int(os.getenv("MINIAN_NWORKERS", 1))
Because of this, the code was successfully run by 1 processing (and given memory capacity).
