Huge motion shift in preprocessing

Hi all, I found there are several huge motion shifts in my miniscope data (attached), should I accept them, or delete these outliers frame by frame? I found they are quite common in my data and probably caused by the flash of the frame in the video (actually I don't know the reason).
Any suggestions are appreciated!
