Make module timeout user-configurable

Current remote module timeout (aka "absent") is set to 3 days in the code. While this is configurable during compilation time, it could be that different mailboxes might have different checking patterns and some should timeout slower than others. It would be good to move this setting to runtime and make it configurable via web. The default should remain the same.
