Migrating my Zettelkasten to Dendron

Dear All,

I want to migrate my Zettelkasten to Dendron, and I am finding a hard time manually renaming files (for creating hierarchy). Even if I do that, I get all my links removed when I reopen my workspace.

Any shortcuts to these? For my zettelkasten, I am using VS Code with backlinks to markdown files.
