Time zone time error and cannot search by city

Hi, Thanks for your software.

During use, I found the following issues:

1. The software cannot search, for example, searching for Zurich cannot find the corresponding city. And it seems that it does not support fuzzy matching, for example, searching for "China" is possible, but searching for "Chin" is not.
   

2. Time zone time error, for example, Zurich time is UTC+1, but it shows the same UTC+8 time as my local (China).
