Make parent/child editions easier to manage

It is easy to create bad data when working with parent/child editions. Some minor adjustments might help with this:

1.) Do not permit a child edition to be cloned (only top-level editions should be clonable).
2.) Create a visual indication on the "edit item" screen of which editions are children and which are not.
