The [http://depts.washington.edu/uwcl/%5D%5BTreehouse] is Computational Linguistics Laboratory in the [http://depts.washington.edu/lingweb%5D%5BDepartment of Linguistics] at [http://www.washington.edu%5D%5Bthe University of Washington]. DELPH-IN related work at the Treehouse includes development of the [http://www.delph-in.net/matrix%5D%5BLinGO Grammar Matrix] and the [http://depts.washington.edu/uwcl/Montage%5D%5Bthe Montage project].
The LinGO Grammar Matrix, developed in collaboration with DelphinStanford and DelphinOslo, is a starter-kit for the rapid prototyping of scaleable precision grammars. Initial development of the Matrix was based on the [http://www.delph-in.net/erg/%5D%5BLinGO English Resource Grammar] and the [http://www.delph-in.net/jacy%5D%5BJACY Japanese grammar]. Early versions of the Matrix were used in the development of the NorSource and Modern Greek grammars, and feedback from these projects has More recently, development has been driven by the application of the Matix to a variety of languages in the [http://courses.washington.edu/ling/567%5D%5Bmultilingual grammar engineering course] at UW.
