(Multi-GPU system) Upscaling in Deforum uses only the GPU, connected to monitor

I have 3 GPUs in my system, and launch Stable Diffusion separately for every gpu with set CUDA_VISIBLE_DEVICES=0 (1 and 2 for second and third GPU respectively) in bat file. Stable Diffusion works on the proper GPU I marked in bat file, Deforum also works on this GPU, but when upscaling process begins or when I drag a video to the Video Upscaling in Deforum, the upscaling process is being run always only on a GPU, which is connected to monitor (in my system it is GPU1). Is this a bug, anybody noticed this issue?
