Deforum - Hybrid Video - Fixed Seed Scheduling - Frames degrading over time

Hi all!
I have a recurring problem when using hybrid video with seed scheduling on 'fixed'. The first frame is good but the frames that follow become increasingly contrasty and degraded. I have made sure noise is set to '0'.

Does anyone know why it is doing this? Thanks so much!
