deforum tab not showing up

i had an answer for this but there was now way to post the answer to this proble without raising the question so i did this

the the answer is:

if you previously had the deforum custom script then delete is and the tab will show up

Well, Deforum script deletion had been advised as the zeroth instruction in the updated README from the start, so I though it would be pretty obvious

I do not have Deforum as a script of webui. After installation of the Deforum extension it does not show up (there is no Deforum tab)
I do see it under "extensions>deforum-for-automatic1111-webui".
