Can this tool be used fpr a dataset in spanish or only for english?

Hi @wilfoderek haystack can also be used for datasets in languages other than English. If you are interested in Spanish, you might want to have a look at this list of models that can be used within haystack: https://huggingface.co/models?language=es&pipeline_tag=question-answering&sort=downloads
Besides that, there are also some cross-lingual models that you could try, such as our own
deepset/xlm-roberta-base-squad2 and
deepset/xlm-roberta-large-squad2
