[Feature Request] Permanent user preset for communication style (e.g., "Technical / Concise" vs "Standard / Detailed") #79

Please forgive me for my English. I'm a little on a beer today because of the weekend. I just copied the contact form that your AI suggested to me. 😉

Hello DeepSeek team,

I have a feature request that would significantly improve the user experience. After an extensive dialogue with the model (link below), it became clear that there is a need for a permanent setting to define the default communication style.

Problem:
Currently, the model defaults to a very detailed, explanatory, and "safe" tone (stereotypically "feminine"). Users who prefer a concise, factual, and technical style (stereotypically "masculine" or "Perplexity-like") are forced to repeat the same instruction (e.g., "be concise", "answer like a technician") at the beginning of every new chat session. This is inefficient and tedious.

Proposed Solution:
Implement a user setting (e.g., in a future user profile or settings panel) that allows setting a default communication style preset. For example:

  • Technical / Concise Mode: Direct answers, facts-first, minimal explanations, no empathetic fillers.
  • Standard / Detailed Mode: The current default.

This would personalize the experience and save frequent users a lot of time.

Thank you for considering this feature.
