Minimalizing window bug [cosmetic]

Window options:
When Minimize to the tray option is selected, it also minimilizes on exit without the option selected.
Ie there is no way to only have it minimize to tray. Minimize on exit option otherwise works.
Network option:
SOCKS version number can't be read without selecting drop down menu, needs a wider box.

I've fixed "SOCKS version number can't be read".
About your first issue I'm not sure what you mean exactly, could you elaborate if this issue still exists?
