Interfaces for phonon packages

Hi developers,

I'm just curious if there's any interface being developed for phonon packages like phonopy, alamode, shengbte, etc.

If not, is there any reference I can check for the best practice to calculate FORCE_CONSTANT_2ND & 3RD?
