Handler is not changes when editing from another space

• I noticed this peculiarity of Hanlder, I don't know if it's normal or not, but when I change his code and trigger it, changes are not applied immediately, and as a result old code is executed. I have to clean all consequences of old code and restart it.
• I found out that the edit only works when you go into the package itself, where the handler is and edit it there.
