Does deegree OGC API support links to the INSPIRE feature concept dictionary?

Hi,

I have a question regarding 8.1. Requirements class “INSPIRE-pre-defined-data-set-download-OAPIF”. Does deegree ogcapi support the requirement /req/pre-defined/feature-concept-dictionary?:

For each collection that provides data that is harmonised according to the [IRs for ISDSS], a link with the link relation type tag to the corresponding entry in the INSPIRE feature concept dictionary SHALL be included.

The example given of the response feature collection document in the specification looks like this:
