[cms] Change Identity download to cms-pki.json

Currently if you backup your CMS identity (Account > Identity tab > Download Identity) the filename is politeia-pki.json. This may confuse the user to import his Politeia identity into CMS or CMS identity into Politeia.

Renaming the download to cms-pki.json would prevent that.
