Support for the Microsoft C compiler 5 (MSDOS)

Could be possible to add the Microsoft C compiler version 5? I already started some de-compilation of "The Scoop" (which was confirmed to used that compiler) and wanted to migrate to decomp.me.

Let me know if you need access to the original files or the command line to use it.
