Really cool. It would be very helpful for different users who don't like using screens or just cant. The issue I see with it however is how users would take it up? Like if they don't want to use screens can you make the design use minimal amounts of screen time? Also look at automating it. What happens if you get a uploader who has really really bad audio? Finally how will you make this more preferable over radio? Because radio station provide news and entertainment to the masses when tv isn't a option. This is likely a market you need to try and win over.
