Implement a 🐴 database. #8
Description
The mod does not currently have any state that can't be rebuilt on the fly. To fix #1 it would be ideal to have a persistent store where the original name could be kept, making the fix trivial. For #6 it might also be necessary to store metadata to add limits, cooldowns, and other stats to balance and complete the feature.
