SDL2/3 Support

I'm using SDL2 as my current Engine Base for my project in C# thanks to SharpSDL2.

I'm trying to configure DotTiled to load the map and pass it through SDL2 for rendering. I'm at a loss.

Interesting! Yes, I have recently been working on a new example project that aims to cover both rendering and basic collision, to make it more clear how DotTiled is to be used. Please let me know if the example project added in the linked PR #83 is sufficient for your needs/questions.

After much frustration, I've managed to get a working map rendered onto screen. I just need to get animations working for it. Although it's very crude, it works until I get a better understanding of the Library.
