Add TMX or other Tiled Format Save Support

I would like to add TMX or other Tiled format save support so that I can generate a tiled map and then save it back to a file that I can open in Tiled.

Serializing back to a file is functionality that I have had plans for since the beginning of the project - but it's not something I have fleshed out fully yet. I'll keep this issue open as room for discussion and transparency during that process.
