converting to python 3

Hi! Since your tool is written in python2 and it has reached its end of life so I am trying to convert it to python3 but the code keep raising this exception
`[Fatal] Could not authenticate to linkedin. a bytes-like object is required, not 'str'`. I am hoping that you help me do it.
