What should I set c to?

I have no idea how I should set c in the glicko rating system. What should it be and how often should I run update_rd? See the glicko rating system.

This assumes 30 2 month periods must pass before one's rating deviation is the same as a new player and that a typical RD is 50. c = 63.2. I have to set the rd_update period to 2 months.
