How to move up the title

First I had a problem that when I enable "rangeselector buttons" they are over the title so the title is mostly hidden.
But there is a way to "move" title on top.

This may work:

rangeselector:
      'y': 1.1 <--- change this

It will push the range selector further up, leaving place for the title below it
