Add Force Node Selection (SAO) to dbt Platform Job resource

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I am working with a team who wants to use Force Node Selection (SAO) and manage their dbt Platform Jobs using Terraform. They would like the ability to control Force Node Selection with their TF.

I do not see such an option on the Create Job API call at this point.

Unfortunately the API docs are not up to date.

The field is called force_node_selection (see in dbt-jobs-as-code)

We just need to think about what default value would make sense.
From what I think/recall:

• new jobs on the platform default this field to False
• but historical jobs have this field set to True
