My inspection company charges a $25 fee when someone reschedules or cancels within 24 hours of our inspections. We'd like to automate this so that our customers are less likely to actually reschedule. Right now we have to track this manually and invoice them after the fact.

It would be great if we could require a payment in order for someone to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of our event.
