Feature Request: Allow for guides type to differ from ruler #88

Description
Allow for guides type/direction to be separate from ruler type.
Use-case: You want to use only one ruler but have the perpendicular guides for it.
Current work around is to create both rulers, hide the perpendicular ruler and add the guides on that one.
