Remember Loop Mode not working most of the time

Describe the bug

Remember loop mode in player settings is enabled and many times, loop mode will not be turned on despite the feature in the ytlite settings being enabled

Steps to reproduce

1. open and close app
2. play a video
3. loop mode will be off despite the setting being enabled
4. this feature was flawless when you had the option in the player interface before
