Rethink the repository title

In the settings of the repo you can change the title, I would recommend to create a repository per OER actually (per module maybe even or per main topic). 

e.g. `REUSANBLE-SANITARY-PADS-MAKING` (or without capital)

no need for "Module 1" this will be named/solved via asktraining eventually


Also remove all content of the README you do NOT need for your OER ;)
