Remove Fake & Ghost Followers

It would be useful to add a function to scan the followers and remove the inactive or fake ones, like those without profile picture or who do not interact with the profile. A similar function could also be useful with the following, to remove the follow to those who do not interact with you. I would also add a settings section to be able to decide how many seconds of delay to use instead of 5 minutes.

Might take some time until it's implemented.
