CSV format for the 'Copy List' Option

Hey guys,

Is it possible to give the option to the users to have the CSV version of the list when they use the CopyList option?
I should be possible to do so just by just modifying the following code and creating the new button for the CSV list format + changing the stying etc. (This is useful for importing to excel etc.)

I'll try to see what I can do on my end and will submit a pull request but due to the fact that I do know know the codebase, I would appreciate any help.
