Temperature and Flood Sensor values

I have a temperature and flood sensor in my system and currently those shown as binary sensors in HA, would it be possible to get the values and display them as separate sensor values ?

I have my alarm in my summer house and it would be good to see the temperatures during winter so they dont drop too much.

I could see them in the app so it should be possible to decode them.

Hi,
For Temperature: This is currently an attribute of the zone sensor, but it's not currently working. See the later posts in #197, use the visonic.zip in there if you want/can and add to that issue to help get it working reliably.
For Lux: As per temperature, if we get temperature working reliably then this is the same
For Flood: This is already a zone sensor Entity in HA

You can easily create Entities from Attributes within HA, although I could create a proper temperature entity... maybe.

Perhaps I didn't understand correctly, you say that you have a dedicated temperature sensor? Or is temperature reported as part of a sensor such as the MP-802 PG2?

I have a dedicated temperature sensor and flood sensor connected to my alarm.

I think this is the models I have;

Both sensors are binary sensors and it would be good to get the real values as well.

The temperature sensor just reports "good" which is not really useful

I can have a look at the data that is collected from my alarm and see if I can contribute with an improvement.

For the flood sensor what "real" value are you expecting to get? It detects water, which is either present or not.

For the temp sensor, if you install the latest HACS release, create an HA logfile and I'll take a look to see. The temp might already be included in the associated message. Look at the Entity in HA, is the temp value already an attribute of the entity?

EDIT: Forgot to say, after you restart HA it might take 20 to 30 minutes for the data to come from the panel.
