This is a good start but it's missing some aspects such as
Remember that a personality inventory is not a persona or archetype |

Another thing we may add is the Personal Style Scales (PSS) . Such a scale is correlated well with the model I provided, and we have data on the correlation of style per occupation. The PSS constructs are listed as: People–Things Data–Ideas Learning Environment Leadership Style Risk Taking Team Orientation https://strongsupplement.themyersbriggs.com/the-personal-style-scales.html |

TL;DR: Roles/jobs/archetypes from a Psychology perspective . The benefit of Holland's RIASEC model is discussed. (AKA Strong interest Inventory)
INTRODUCTION:
Reliability/Validity. Researchers have already maps thousands on occupations via these constructs/Archetypes. We have easy and free access to the information via
https://www.onetonline.org/
This information includes types of jobs, their roles, skills, ECT. You can all do the exams for free too if you are ever interested
A example of a computer scientist is cited below.
https://www.onetonline.org/link/summary/15-1251.00
MODEL:
Holland's RIASEC model is associated with specific job/roles that best suit the characteristics of that type. Here's a list of job types typically associated with each RIASEC construct:
A computer scientist would fit underneath the I and C constructs.
Realistic (R):
Investigative (I):
Artistic (A):
Social (S):
Enterprising (E):
Conventional (C):
Discussion:
I believe this model is more appropriate than the more well known Big Five personality traits (Neuroticism, Extraversion, Openness to Experience, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness)
I don't think we should be looking to create what psychologist call "personality" this early. I think Holland's General Occupational Themes (GOTs) may be more appropriate first.
For those that are interested in the Big Five- the GOTs listed above are correlated with the big five model.
