Dear Swarm aka Collective, daily update from Dave:

We've had a lot of great work. Thanks everyone for jumping in. I've also had a great meeting with the ACE Framework team. There's a lot of parallel and overlap. Here are the main things for today:

1. ROADMAP: Lots of great discussions around organizing the swarm and communication. This will absolutely be the hardest part. Please check out my proposed ROADMAP for the ACE project. I think it will be relevant here: Proposed ROADMAP ACE_Framework#139
2. PRINCIPLES: We need to start establishing and documenting principles. Not just for the HAAS itself but for our work. I really like the hive mind approach so far, but we need to make sure that it's sustainable. Right now, I don't mind serving as the orchestrator, and you guys seem to like it well enough. Anyways, here are some proposed principles I submitted for the ACE team, let me know what you think about it: Proposed PRINCIPLES ACE_Framework#138 (if you like it, we can adopt here, or modify)
3. WIKI: I created a Wiki so we can document stuff. Don't go crazy. That means don't make arbitrary pages, but rather refine what's there. LESS IS MORE. We should add this as a guiding principle...
