Modeling your hierarchy, I think it could be beneficial to implement an ontology. What is an ontology? In this case, an ontology is like an org chart, a database, and dynamic actor all in one. It is like an org chart since the graph stores the agent hierarchy. It is similar to a database, since it can store information such as tools, boss, subordinate, tier, message logs, system prompt. Ontologies can create dynamic actions since you can define the relationships between agents. I.E., you can attatch actions to SOB objects to eliminate an agent, fire CEO. The CEO has the associated actions of creating an executive, delivering memos, responding to prompts. I hope this gives more context. Here is a little visual:
