Why duplicate documentation?

Why is there the same documentation in two places? (/documentation and /global_context) What is the purpose of the global_context directory?

Global context is the context that can be accessed by the agents as guidelines on how to operate as a swarm.
Documentation is the place where the documentation of this repository is stored. Currently the only global docu we have are the guidelines of the Agents.
