It's occurred to me that "fully autonomous swarm" can have any number of scopes. Especially when principle or mission driven. "Reduce suffering in the universe" is pretty much as big as you get, but will take a while to work up to it.
This discussion is to brainstorm some kind of framework for establishing mission or principle scopes, which will help with milestones and testing.
Here's an idea:
But this scale may not be useful. May be easier to start on the top end?
Having such a framework can help with deciding priority as well (scope/severity)
