Creating a Fingerprint.pkl

Good Morning,

I would like to run the same linear regression classifier used in this paper on some of my own data with the systemic kainic acid model to see if I get a similar result just when classifying epileptic and saline treated mice. Could you point me to the code used to generate the fingerprint.pkl file?
