can't assign group labels in interactive group setting using code you provided

any advice?

i save group labels with:

kpms.interactive_group_setting(project_dir, model_name),

but then they still show up as default with:

moseq_df = kpms.compute_moseq_df(project_dir, model_name, smooth_heading=True)
moseq_df

Hi Evan,

As a couple of initial questions:

1. Are you making sure to hit the 'Save group info' after editing the group column?
2. Are you making sure to use Jupyter Lab as opposed to Jupyter Notebook or VSCode?

While we figure this out, you can just edit the {project_dir}/index.csv file directly in order to continue with your analysis, using Excel or another spreadsheet editor.
