Dark mode text visibility issue

Description:
When switching to dark mode, certain text becomes invisible or very hard to read due to low contrast against the background. This impacts usability and accessibility, making it difficult for users to navigate the UI.

Expected behavior:
All text should remain clearly visible with sufficient contrast in dark mode.

Actual behavior:
Text elements are not visible against the dark background.

Additional Context:
This issue was originally reported by @AnanteshG in the main olake repository but pertains to documentation/UI elements that should be tracked in the olake-docs repository.
