OpenAPI verbs (otherwise known as swagger)

Every endpoint has a ':openapi' verb whereby the openapi json definition can be downloaded

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Add the :openapi verb to every endpoint

This will allow customers to retrieve the definition and will also allow custoners to use common tools to exercise the RKVST endpoints.
